The second book, Need for Espresso: Underground technolÓgie vody, explains the basic chemistry of water and why your coffee or the water itself does not taste as you would imagine. The book was created thanks to several months of international cooperation. The book is visually based on the color palette, the contrast of tones, technical graphics and illustrations of baristas, roasters and our friends.
